Payment & Access Policy

This Payment & Access Policy explains how access to ElineBox.com is provided and how payments are handled for platform usage.

1. Access Model

ElineBox.com operates on a prepaid 30-day access model. Each payment grants access to the platform for a fixed period of 30 consecutive days.

Access is activated upon successful payment and remains active until the end of the paid 30-day period.

2. Service Continuation

To continue using the platform beyond the active period, users must make a new payment for the next 30-day access cycle.

If no payment is made, access to platform features will be automatically disabled until a new payment is received.

3. Suspension of Access

If payment is not renewed, user access will be suspended. During suspension:

  • Access to platform features may be restricted or disabled
  • Data may remain stored but inaccessible until reactivation
  • No platform functionality will be available until payment is completed

4. No Refund Policy

All payments are final and non-refundable.

  • No refunds for unused days within an active 30-day access period
  • No partial refunds for early cancellation or inactivity
  • No credits or prorated refunds for unused time

Users are responsible for managing their access period and renewal timing.

5. Reactivation

Users may reactivate access at any time by completing a new payment. Upon successful payment, access will be restored for a new 30-day period.

6. Payment Responsibility

Users are responsible for ensuring timely payment if they wish to maintain continuous access to the platform.

Failure to renew payment will result in temporary service interruption without liability to ElinePro Corporation.

7. Accepted Payment Methods

We offer secure and convenient payment options to ensure a smooth payment experience for users of the platform.

  • Visa (credit and debit cards) via PayPal
  • MasterCard (credit and debit cards) via PayPal

Users may complete payments using their PayPal account or by paying directly with a valid Visa or MasterCard without requiring a PayPal account.
