3. Eligibility to Use the Platform

4. Account Registration and Security

  • Marketplace platforms operate independently from ElineBox.com
  • We are not responsible for third-party marketplace outages, policy changes, API limitations, suspensions, restrictions, or account actions

Users remain solely responsible for compliance with all marketplace terms and policies.

6. Data Synchronization and Automation

Our platform may automatically synchronize inventory, listings, order information, pricing, or related data between connected accounts and marketplaces.

While we strive for accuracy and reliability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted synchronization or error-free operation.

You acknowledge that marketplace API delays, outages, conflicts, or third-party limitations may impact synchronization results.

Users are responsible for reviewing and verifying synchronized data.

7. Shipping Label Services

The platform may provide shipping label generation and shipping rate calculation features through supported carriers or third-party integrations.

Shipping estimates, rates, delivery times, and carrier services are provided by third parties and may change without notice.

We are not responsible for carrier delays, shipping losses, address errors, customs issues, or delivery failures.

Maximum liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you to the platform during the previous 12 months.

16. Third-Party Services and Integrations

The platform may integrate with third-party marketplaces, carriers, APIs, payment processors, or external services.
